I wanted to bring my girl a rose, just to make her happy. I called Waterbrook on a Sunday - when very few florists are open - the woman (whose name escapes me, unfortunately) said that they were just closing up, but said if i could get there soon, she would have it waiting for me. She stayed an extra 15 minutes to sell me a rose - and helped me to make my lady happy, A small gesture, but it meant a lot to me, AND not only was the rose beautiful, so many things in the gift shop. Looking forward to going back.
