Yes it is. Also hard when passing other hikers if you have a super friendly 150 lb dog as I do. But pet friendly it is.

Personally, I think the trail would be too hard on pets. Hard on their joints, paws, and easy for them to get hurt.

Definitely! But keep in mind it's steep at some spots and your dog may have trouble.

We enjoyed the hike with our two 75 pound boxers. They love it. As did we. However depending on your age and your good looks. Some of the hikers we came across seem to doubt my wife's and I capabilities to do this fantastic hike. I am sure you know the type.

There are alot of steps, a bit steep at on point but I would say yes. It is pet friendly. Saw a few hikers with dogs.
