Nice trail in some areas. One part is an Old Railroad trail with no improvements or maintenance done. Lots of ATV tracks and trails in that area. The other part is mowed grass. Half way north of the park road, the trail enters a residential area where "No Trespassing" signs were encountered. Not very welcoming.

I believe so, some portions of the trail are a little tight.
