Absolutely horrible, staff don’t care for the patients or do the simplest of things asked…. The food from “215” is disgusting I wouldn’t recommend the detox to my dog. Desiree, Shelby, Aleisha, Jeff, Cherish all deserve the respect they need because without them it wouldn’t be running

Okay so 1st off, I left a review on my boyfriends google account so I didn’t have to make a google account and they deleted it, which is a little weird to me. 2nd, the website is extremely deceiving, I can only speak for the detox facility but they make the place sound like it’s on some kind of nature resort, it’s in the middle of nowhere on a slab of concrete 3rd, the food was inedible, yes it is catered by some restaurant 215 but it’s nasty. I lived off bagels for the whole week I was there, oh and over the weekend the clients ran out of plastic silverware so I couldn’t eat. 4th, the whole time I was there they never cleaned the girls bathroom and some girl kept leaving bloody toilet paper all over the bathroom 5th, you were LUCKY to get 5 mins of hot water cause if the washer or dishwasher were running which they constantly are there’s no hot showers 6th, the common room was so gross the one client got so sick of it and actually had to clean it himself just to get anything done 7th, it’s a coed rehab which is just really weird to me But here’s the one and only positive thing: nurse Mackenzie was amazing, she helped me get out of there 2 days earlier than I was supposed to, also nurse Jeff was really nice too. And the counselor Alicia was extremely nice and understanding. But all in all this facility is extremely unorganized and dirty. I literally stayed in my room and read the entire time cause the place was so trifling, I messaged them privately on Facebook first before I even left a review and they blocked me.

Completely unprofessional administrators and human resources. Out of one hand they talk about compassion and caring and on the other hand they leave you dangling for two weeks without letting you know about whether you've received a job or did not even after leaving numerous phone calls now I understand the low rank. Seems to me competition would be ripe for a well-run addiction program in linesville more to come..

I actually really liked this place. One of the few places that takes welfare insurance and they actually care. We were constantly going bowling to the gym and outside meetings. Just because someone decides to use after leaving a treatment facility that doesn't mean the treatment center did anything wrong. As bad as it hurts that person just wasn't ready. Keep what you guys are doing up there. You guys are headed in the right direction. Hopefully the tech Casey is still there cause she was a babe. Lol
