Beings it is in the middle of bow seasion you would be better off to take it to a smaller bow shop it will get done faster. But time wise it should only take an he or so to do all that you mentioned

Not sure how much it would cost at Field & Stream but usually a restring job like that will take a few hours but not much more than that. You could be looking at about 50 to $75 maximum
