TERRIBLE customer service at the Washington, PA store. Steve the manager was very rude while I am trying to resolve a delivery issue that initiated from their delivery service. I bought a new refrigerator that is badly dented and they won't make good on replacing it as the proper paperwork wasn't submitted by the crew. I either have to buy a new fridge to replace it or send it back and wait for another to arrive. For an issue that is not my fault, this is terrible policy and customer service. I advise buyer beware at this store!

Went in late the other night couldn't find what I was looking and for. John was such a tremendous help he searched the store and found it when he could have just said they moved it and I don't know where they are. Glad to see customer service is not dead

They answer the phones when they aren't busy! I know they have a lot of customers out there today when I was there an hour ago.
Call the store and ask to speak to a manager.
You can use their Lowes card and major cards. I have used my Discover. Do you have a special card? The Lowes card provides a 5% discount.
