As soon as I walked in, the most kind spoken man asked me if I needed help.... I did. I showed him a photo my dad took and texted to me.. right away he knew exactly what I needed. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. There was also a sale going on where if I spent over 50$ I got to pick and item off the table for 5$ more! I will absolutely return if not for SOMETHING, to just be treated like a decent human. I'm terrible at names but he wore glasses and was older. A true gentleman. 🙏

Every single time I try to purchase a larger product, it’s NEVER in stock! Very frustrating. Telling me that the Belle Vernon store has the product doesn’t help me at all, unless Harbor Freight wants to cover my fuel expense from Washington to Belle Vernon and back. Just lost a customer. Anyone can advertise tools, actually having them in stock is the important part!!! Unbelievable

Bought a 10 gallon fortress air compressor. Ran it for 2 hours doing a roof and it over heated . Went to return it and they charge a $50 restock fee on something they sold that was junk. I had to bring something back that they sold me that didn’t work and charged me $50 to restock something that will not be restocked . Very dissatisfied with Washington pa harbor freight
