I don't normally leave reviews but this is one of those exceptions. I never bought a car that was over 400 miles away before but John and his colleagues made this the easiest car purchase ever. After making it to Pittsburgh airport from NYC they had a cab waiting for me to bring me to the dealership. Once I arrived I saw my car up front washed up and ready for me to test drive and take home. I was in and out and before I knew it I was taking my new baby home. I highly recommend shopping at Audi Washington, they really treat their customers like family.

My car was serviced recently and I had to leave for 1 week. Justin kept me well informed of the progress and provided a lender which helped to alleviate the inconvenience. Upon pick up of my vehicle, it was delivered promptly with a full explanation of what was completed and what is coming due. And thanks to Steve McFarlane, who delivered my car spotless and shining!

I have been trying for 8 hours now to obtain my payoff amount and have been given the run around from every single dealership including, and especially, Audi Washington. I’m trying to trade in my car to purchase a different car and have been hung up on, talked rudely to, talked over, and lied to all day. The last person I spoke to and Audi Washington was abrasive and rude and his solution was to tell the dealership I’m trying to purchase a car from to just “add $50 to the amount listed and sign a paper saying I’m responsible for any difference in price” he also proceeded to tell me that he can’t understand why the dealership I’m working with is making me do all of this leg work. Meanwhile, the new dealership I’m working with is bending over backwards and Audi is just stonewalling me from getting my 10-day pay off value. I have been jerked around all day and it’s incredibly evident that Audi does everything in their power to make it just about impossible to get rid of your car. ADDITIONALLY Audi financial services doesn’t have weekend hours! A financial institution without weekend hours and no physical location? STAY AWAY. They totally lack transparency and their business model is subpar at best. I can not believe what I’ve had to deal with today and can not recommend AGAINST purchasing an Audi anymore. Absolutely horrible experience.
