what about parking? Are there assigned
places to park, and more than one space
when you have two vehicles? And what
about storage? Do the town homes have
large closets and/or extra storage for
something like a kayak?

There's no assigned parking at all. But there is supposed to be room for each home to have 2 vehicles. A kayak wouldn't fit well, but the closets are a nice space

Extra parking in back..walls are thin..simple living space
