It has to do with corporate. Delivery drivers can only drive a certain radius. Each store cannot simply choose where they will and will not deliver. It isn’t quite that simple. They do have designated areas where they will meet.
Well that blows I bet you would get more customers if you did ,I know I would like if you would I like your pizza above pizza hut ,pizza hut to me is nasty
