i bought Samsung Chrome lap top and a HP Deskjet Plus 4155 the blue shirt gentleman told me they were compatible and they are not. been trying for 2 days to call store NO ANSWER.. I need help and can not get it very frustrating and sad that I cant

please be careful when purchasing from Best Buy, the do not stand true to their policy and are very quickly to dismiss you when you have questions. Been trying to call my local store for 2 days finally got thru and a rep from OK (Jordan) was kind enough to connect me to Pleasant Hills store

Honestly your best bet is to take it back to Best Buy and ask them yourself
