It is the off season. The campground shuts down after Thanksgiving /Turkey season regardless of Gov't issues. The whole lake, however, was noticed as closed due to the Gov't issues with only a small crew controlling the Dam operations.
The campground does shutdown when the government does but it's closed right now anyway being off season.
