Great camping for the whole family. Our (pet friendly) site was shady and well maintained. We went on the tour and found the old homesteads and their stories quite fascinating! Beautiful place to visit, highly recommend.

Our kids grew up in this campground and now we are excited to take our 1st grandson for his first camping trip this year! So many memories here and can’t wait for more!

We really enjoyed spending a week here. Lake side spot, with 50amp service. Launch the canoe from camp, and enjoy the lake. Lots to explore here and in nearby waters.

We had our first trip. Will definitely be going back many times. The area was beautiful. Great place to fish. Nothing like other lakes we have been to. Very friendly and clean.

$17 for full hookups.
It is available but very expensive. $8.99 a day or $24.99 for three days per device.
Unfortunately not. You must bring all of your own equipment
I know it is first come, first serve at this time, as that is listed on the rec.gov site. However, when looking on the website, it is currently grayed out until end of April. Which is why I was asking when it closed... wondering if it had in fact already closed for the winter
Yes
Yes, there are. When you look at the website, recreation.gov, it will tell you when a site has full hookups. I would guess roughly 20-30 of the sites in C are full hookup.
Have to go to reservation.org if I am not mistaken
Technically 6pm. But if your site is clear, you can occupy it sooner.
Not at bulltown but in other parks around the area
Yes even the non hook up sites have water fountains spred around the loops with water hose hook ups we stay in d loop every year and if our tank gets low we just run a hose over and fill it up
You can pull up a map of the whole campground and campsites off of the Website. There are different loops and they all have a playground.
What day does bull town opem
Great! Thanks
$24 for an electric site (non-waterfront). $26 for a waterfront electric site. $30 for a full-hookup site. Federal Recreation Passport holders get 50% off.
C and D I know are but im not sure about others You can get that info on the web site
You have to have your camper or tent with you you cant pay for site then go get your stuff
Mobile services are very spotty throughout the camp grounds. Some work in high spots. Some work by water. They also offer expensive wifi there too.
Yes there is a little store just down the road from the entrance to the campground ..im not sure what the name of it is. But we go get supplies there all the time You also might check over at the marina they have boats, pontoons etc
Find Bulltown Campground at recreation.gov
The Army Corp is responsible for the lake etc, but i not sure about campground. Perhaps the State Park Service . Im really not sure. We have never camped in F loop before. Sorry I cant help
Not until Memorial Weekend. Until then its first come first served
Dogs are allowed in I think 2 of the loops. I camp with two poodles.
