Lovely campground! Everything is very well maintained and the staff is present and friendly with advice on the surrounding area. The sites are well manicured, the bathrooms and showers very clean, the cabins adorable, the hammocks in the trees inviting, and the dog park perfect to let your canine exercise. I highly recommend it!

Awesome place!! Normally camp @ Battle Run but it was full for the holiday so we tried right down the road. SO much more shade, yes- no direct water access but just drive less than 5 mins to the dock or beach. Well maintained and friendly people!! Also, did I mention there's a pirate ship, a hammock hangout that looks amazing and wonderful bath amenities AND a dog park!!!!!!

We stayed in Cabin 1 for 3 nights. So many little details were added to make this cabin feel like a home. Everything was spotless and all amenities functioned. The retreat has a great location that avoids many of the crowded beach areas while offering a huge track of land on the facility that gives it the feeling of a summer camp. There are so many additional activities scattered around the retreat, while, at the same time, the cabins offer some nice seclusion. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and I'm looking forward to the next time I'll be able to stay there.

This was such a gem! Beautiful, wide-open spots, friendly staff members, and great amenities. The park itself was beautiful and a joy to walk around. Also had a HUGE dog park (biggest we've ever seen at an RV park), which was such a blessing for our two pups and a lot of incredible hikes near by. We stayed for a week and would highly recommend it! We'll be back.

Yes 400
They have power/water at some tent sites but not all
This is a weekly RV or cabin rental location. Nice amenities, but not somewhere you would move into full-time
Call the campground. After thanksgiving or Christmas thru April they usually do a stay 2 nights for price of one rate.
You will haveto contact the campground i don't work there
Their are Camp Grounds all around Summerville Lake. I would call Visitor Information for Summerville Lake and Wild Wonderful West Virginia. West Virginia has many beautiful places to see. Another place to check is KOA Camp Grounds
