They could use that service, contact management.
If you contact the offices at Woodstone and talk to mgmt over the entertainment/activities of the whole Massanutten Park, you could most likely get in there in the lobby or at another location at Massanutten. They have an artisans fair several times a year which would be perfect for an artist to sketch caricatures of people. :-)

They do rent space but it is jard to get in as a vendor... I tried as a nature artist
