We visited this pool on labor day weekend. Even though there were plenty of people in pool it didn’t seem to be crowded due to its large size. There were 3 or 4 life guards near different sections. There were plenty of poolside chairs for huge group. Pool does have any entry fee for 5$/person and they only take cash. This pool has diving areas. Highly recommend it if you know swimming One of the best thing of this pool is they have excellent showers for before and after pool

It's for the Massanutten guest's use. You need a recreation pass to use any of the facilities on the mountain. There is a pay for use Waterpark when you turn in there, but I've never been in it since we have the other pools.
I believe the small ones for kids are allowed, but not big ones you like sit in/on.
