Ordered the Bissell breakfast and a side of sausage gravy and biscuits via doordash. Did not receive any of the Bissell breakfast except for the pathetic excuse for pancakes, and the side came with two biscuits and two gigantic cups of gravy. I requested a refund via Doordash. This was an absolutely unacceptable experience and I will never be ordering from Metro Diner again. I advise anyone looking for breakfast to dine elsewhere.

Ordered online and selected curbside pick up. When we arrived, we texted the appropriate response to let them know we were there and received response that they were on their way out with the order. 29 minutes later...no food..went in and asked for our order and showed the girl at the hostess counter my phone with the text , she just shrugged her shoulder and handed me my order that was just sitting with all the others! This was my 2nd visit and my last.

I had my dinners delivered. We bought the Fried chicken for family of four. It was delicious, hot and crunchy. They just forgot to give us our other 4 pieces. The manager I talked to apologized and was very nice and said she was sending us a coupon to use next time we have lunch or dinner there.
