First ever escape room experience and it was an amazing time at this place. Very challenging but my group and I made it out. Hope to go back again to try another room.

10 out of 10 -the game was fun and challenging, the 4 staff we interacted with were friendly, helpful and seemed like kind people, the place was clean and inviting, the bathrooms were clean, payment for the game online and the waiver were simple and easy to use, and booking ahead of time increased anticipation of our adventure. We have now tried all of their rooms, and not always succeeded, but always had a good time.

My youngest grandchild was 10 at the time of our visit to Crack the Code. He loved every minute and actually solved several puzzles. I think your grandchild will enjoy it too.

Not to my knowledge, on the low end I personally wouldn't want to take really young kids as the puzzles are pretty advanced.
