I want to know why do I have to see Ben in order for me to cancel my membership? When I was applying for my membership I didnt need to see him, so why do I need to see him now?

They have these stupid rules, which are in the contract, but you don't need to set Ben. You have to write a letter asking them to cancel your membership.
