Extraordinary staff! Professional! Knowledgeable! I must admit—-you have the best people working at the location! Congratulations! Juice bar is outstanding as well.

If you had asked me a year ago when I moved to Glendale if I'd ever be writing a review for retro fitness, I'd laugh. I checked it out when I first moved into the neighborhood but didn't see the ENTIRE FLOOR of cardio equipment (hi i'm dumb) and since I only wanted to use it for cardio I just never went back. Flash forward a few months later, i'm regularly doing crossfit and want a place to lift weights on off days, I joined this gym and I'm so glad I did. not only do they have a ton of equipment from cardio to weights to ropes you can check out, but also a nice smoothie/food area. I complained once on a survey about not having enough spray bottles, not only did the owner email me and say he took my complaint to heart, the next time i went there were a laughable amount of spray bottles around. you could've sanitized the whole neighborhood. last but not least, i cancelled since i'm moving away, it was the easiest, no pressure process. a rarity with gyms. ownership is responsive, staff is great. great gym. wish I had looked up upon my first visit.

I go to this gym. I am new to training, but once I am more comfortable/better at training, I'll probably choose a different place. People are right when they talk about the trainers. 30m sessions are $55 each (didn't make it clear "sessions" are only 30m when I signed up). There's nothing you can learn/do in 30m. The one I was matched with just did a bunch of cardio. That's not why I hired her. I needed to learn how to lift. I am still not sure I am doing RDLs right. Not much space between the machines is accurate, people leaving dumbells and plates everywhere so you have to go on a hunt. I guess that last one is the culture and not RF's fault, but with all the grunting, people not putting equipment back, or keeping a whole rack of equipment for themselves, you get a sense of who goes there. Lots of broken cardio equipment. Lots of competition over the more popular machines. I wanted to write this review because staff are responding to nearly every review and denying. I just wanted to follow up on the things that are true. All in all, it's not THE WORST, but there are a lot that are better.

The people that go here are rude and weird no respect. People steal things like equipment and weights from the gym. The equipment is worn and sometimes broken. No one wears masks or follows the rules. The personal trainers try to seem nice and knowledgeable but only want your money. I decided to cancel my retro fitness membership after coming here. Please find a private gym.

Yes, no extra cost. I'm a member at Astoria and go to Glendale on the weekends. You only need to pay more for the one by the stop and shop
$20:00 at month pluss $99:00 initiation fee and$57:00 annual members maintenance fee
I've seen parents come with their teens a lot but I think they need a parent with them until they're 18
It depends....I got the basic with taxes comes out too $26...but they have one for $36 and your allowed to use other retro fitness gyms...you have to drop $99 maintenance fee when you sign or pay installments...
They have daily passes you can buy or you can go as a guest of another member for $11.00 per day.
12am
About 30 a month
It doesn't have a pool, and im not sure how much for a personal trainer
I'm not sure, but my son is 14 and signed up.
