After cancelling my membership at my main club, I decided to finish off my final month at this location since it was the nearest. I've mostly been going in the mornings and I can say the staff was very helpful when I needed something. There are plenty of machines and equipment available and doesn't feel like it's every crowded. I do noticed there were plenty of of in-op equipment, the dumbbell rack is always unorganized and finding the right dumbbells is annoying. And the lack of people not wiping down equipment and re-racking is ridiculous. But a good pros of this club is the availability of parking but you would be competing for spots with the grocery shoppers.

AC is never working. Clients and trainers like Gustavo never wipe down their equipment after use. Machines are often out of order. Dumbbells never in the correct place. Lots of teens and women in spanx screwing around on their phones instead of exercising. Bathroom has millipedes and cockroaches.

Their policy and dedication to their patrons is lacking. My son had a medical situation and while he was checked out by the paramedics asked to see the video to determine next steps. Sadly a simple review of the video was not possible even by the staff. Not saying don’t go to Retro, what I am saying is customer care is definitely not at their core values.

Horrible. Just joined and quit. Member for less then one week - each time there - total 3 times - I was I approached by staff with a new problem. Today it was suggested that I had never canceled previous membership. In fact, I checked my old emails while there, I actually found old email and documentation which I showed them today asking to cancel (mind you this was from 2019). Apparently, I was never removed from system even after numerous requests made by me at that time. I failed to check yelp reviews before re-joining - I read today and tons of posts with similar issues there. I Would not have joined if read reviews. Really stressful visit there today and I ended up cancelling membership today after I paid for it on day 1 because today they kept insisting I owed an additional $272. I really could not believe this. I am a senior citizen and this is not be how customers should be treated. There was no indication that they had a responsibilty to investiagte or correct problem. After leaving gym (did not even workout or stay after this run around) I had to file BBB Complaint, Complaint with local consumer advocate and sent corporate a letter with documents from 2019. Horrible experience.

Yes there are showers. They are clean if u are not a germer phobia. They arent cleaned after every usage but u should be using slippers any way.
I never had a problem paying with my card on file, perhaps you did not pay your CC and was declined
Yes plenty
Hello King King hope all is well. Yes you can but you can't use a regular Retro membership if you want to workout in a Retro Elite fitness gym. Retro Elite provides towels and sauna. The monthly fee is 2 times more then the regular Retro Fitness membership. To be honest Retro Fitness Elite is worth it 👌 stay safe
Yes, call them or stop by.
I've never encountered that one before but the one and Union Turnpike is really good Service Glendale I'm not too big on
Call and find out. May need parent consent.
I believe you will be locked for one year you have to pay your monthly due plus a year fee. After the year you can cancel or freeze it
He meant that the Kettlebells are INSIDE the VIP area, non VIP's NOT allowed.
Around $21
It is 44.95 per mo. And 69.99 per year
This is an Elite Retro fitness. They will let you work out the first day, but you will have to pay the difference in pricing. I believe the starting price at this retro is around $31 for basic membership
