More than half the treadmills are broken in this gym and cancelation fee is 3months worth of membership if i am not able to even use the equipment why am i being charged $40. They have a children's center, but I don't believe children under 18 can use the gym equipment.

You can pay with Cash or by bank card. You can join with a recurring monthly fee of 20$ or you can pay month to month at $35 each month. You can even pay day by day at $6 each time you visit.

I pay about $33 a month (taxes included) because I have a VIP membership.
The 14 year old can't become a member but they can join you as a guest and work out.
