I drove by the park a few times and I see a sign saying that it's closed. I'm confused. Why is it closed? I would like to go for walks in the park when the weather is nice during the winter season. Would I be allowed to do so?

I would like to be able walk in the park October to May. There's no other place in the area for walking. What can we do to convince the borough to allow walkers?

The park closes in October and opens in May. You might see the gates open during work hours if the Street Department is working there and yes if the gates are open then you can enter but they will close before 2pm cause that's when the Borough workers are finished for the day.

The park is closed for the winter.
