Great experience. We met with Sandy, who was able to help us replace our pool. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Walked us through every step, and let us know what we would need or Not need, based on what we already own. The prices are reasonable. We definitely will be back .

Mark Davis was such a great help when we needed to repair our 12 year old pool. We needed a new liner and stabilizer parts that he researched and ordered for us. He was very patient and competent. We appreciate finally getting to somebody who was knowledgeable and not just trying to sell us another pool rather than repairing what we have. He followed up making sure we got the parts and recommended a pool contractor after I told him that now we are having issues with that. Great job Mark!

I purchased a J315 for 10K from Pool city in Washington PA. When the hot tub was delivered I was told NOT to hook up the neutral wire or it would not run. The electrician subsequently called the local store and was told the same thing plus how to change the tub from 120V to 220V. The tub still would not operate. The independent technician from pool city said the neutral wire MUST be hooked up and I might have damaged the tub by not doing so.(his name was Mark). My electrician hooked up the neutral wire and the tub still did not work. I then talked to the service tech manager of pool city, also named Mark, and he said not hooking up the neutral would NOT have caused any damage. He proceeded to tell me the proper jumpers to move so the tub would run correctly on 220. I moved two of the white wire jumpers and the tub would still not work. So a circulation pump was ordered. Two weeks later the tech showed up at my house unannounced. He spent about 1.5 hours looking at the circuit board and then called Mark, the independent tech, on the phone who didn’t know he was on speaker phone and proceeded to call me a couple of choice words. Mysteriously my wiring was once again incorrect and the jumper cables were wrong. (A-complete lie) The next day I called the electrician back and he found the wiring to be fine. My tub is still not working. What am I to do at this point. It’s been over a month since delivery. Oh. And I also called Steve the sales manager for pool city. He was completely indifferent if not just plain rude.

I am working on a hot tub that is more than 20 years old and needed a filter. With just one visit there I walked out with my filter! No one else could help me!
