I've gone to them lots of times for myself. I'm always pretty happy with the service. HOWEVER I took my son (6) there for the first time for a hair cut. The lady seemed really rushed and she CUT his neck with the clippers! She seemed to feel really bad and said sorry several times and got a cold rag to put on it. I don't think I'll ever take my son there again. That should not happen when you are a professional hair dresser!
