Had a $5 credit and a 30% off. Went to Kohls end of July 2022 looking for male tank tops. All they had was overpriced under armour tank tops (that you cant use percent off on) and weird Tek Gear tank tops. Walked around the whole store and everything seemed so overpriced I couldn’t find anything to use my credit on. Eventually found some hair gel. Got to the cashier and found out can’t use percent off on personal care items. What can you use it on? I got so irritated I gave my credit to the lady behind me. Store has a decreasing selection and all of the aisles look like a tornado went through and mixed everything up. I understand why this chain is probably going to go out of business.

I assume the employees get paid by how many customers they sign up for Khols rewards. The guy would not take no as an answer. It felt like having a telemarketer holding your kids new shoes hostage.

Limited entry ways, sanitizer/disinfecting wipes inside entry doors, social distancing, plexiglass barriers between cashiers & customers. Feel very safe & comfortable shopping here.
