Why do you have to pay 39.00 dollars down plus an annual fee the following two months.

I have no idea about all of that extra money. As far as I know there is absolutely no annual fee, & its always either zero, $5, or $10 down depending on what special you signed up under. I only pay $20.07 every month for the black membership that includes tanning, massage chairs, & bring a guest. And I have never paid anything else for fees or a down payment. Hope that helps. ☺

Well in Penn Hills there signing fee was 39.00 plus 10.00 a month then in November 39.00 for the annual fee... Now there is a new special going on now for just 25 cents to sign up and 39.00 for the annual fee....
