i don’t recommend, the manager dean was extremely rude and i told him i have a trusted mechanic to do everything else and he got angry towards me when i told him that because he kept trying to upcharge me for everything.

I get so much joy when I go to this Frankstown site. The diversity of the staff is outstanding only to be topped by the professional, personable, treatment that you're greeted with everytime. My air pressure light came on & that always makes me anxious. They quickly took care of me & seeing that I was medically challenged they double teamed the action & got me out of there. I hadn't noticed that i needed a cap on one tire yet staff did and she also fixed that!! All this was done as a courtesy! Thank all of you, & see you soon for my next oil change
