It would be a zero but you can't post without a star. If the patient is admitted from the hospital - you are unable have an in-room visit and apparently not even do a 'door visit' which was NOT made clear on the phone. So you only contact is via phone. However - the room phones do not work - they just ring until they disconnect. Which the person at the main desk will tell you they are having phone problems in the area. If you call the main number, they transfer you and it rings until it disconnects. I have waited to be connected to a nurse for 15 minutes before it went back to the operator who sent me to the unit manager who I waited for another 15 minutes. It is unacceptable to be unable to contact your loved one via phone when this is the only form of communication open to you. His cell phone was given to the front desk to give to him - but it is turned off.

The staff are exceptional and really care. I am a physician and know the ins and outs of health care. Any resident of this facility should feel comfortable with having a loved one taken care of. We felt blessed to have Fletcher rehab center!

Our family experience with Fletcher Health & Rehab Center was excellent. He was here earlier this year for almost 3 months and although he has now passed on, I'd like to share our experience. Dad at 93 years of age was failing physically as well as mentally. Being a WW2 war veteran, he had lived independently all the way up to this age, so it was a very tough decision to place him in a facility, but he needed 'around the clock' care that the family was unable to manage, and he could be a very, very difficult guy to handle ! Dad was admitted here for end-of-life care, jointly with Hospice. Right from day one, he received attentive, loving care from the entire staff. Nursing staff, management staff all the way to food service staff ; were attentive, kind and caring to him. I'd like to mention his two dedicated daytime CNAs ; Brigitta in the mornings and Peggy afternoons . They both and also his main nurse Carla took time to get to know him as well as our family, and each of them , gave him kind, caring and excellent care. Very communicative about dad's day to day status. Brandi in management also wonderful in keeping close eye on dad's status and communicating closely with the family. Sorry, but we didn't get to know the late evening care-givers but I want to thank them also. He was always clean, comfortable and small medical needs that he had, were taken care of promptly. Dad passed away a couple of months ago, early morning , in his sleep and , very peacefully . This season with our dad could have been a very difficult one, but instead, with the wonderful staff and care given him by Fletcher Health & Rehab the family, and dad himself were able to peacefully embrace, his last days and final passing.

We admitted my mom here approx. 3 months ago. The staff that works here are wonderful. My mom had a wonderful experience doing rehab after her surgery. The staff are very responsive and friendly. Betty, Mildred, Angie, Titus and Monica answered all our questions. The nurses and CNA's were all so nice to my mom - not an easy feat given how grumpy she can be at times.
