Just had my battery replaced and the terminals were broken.A good employee name Kevin ended up helping me with the terminals even though he told me they were not supposed to do that.But he he went above and beyond and know my car feels brand new again.

The two ladies working there had no idea what they were doing and told me my battery was bad when it was perfectly fine. Would never return here. Almost cost me 200$ for nothing

I called ahead to ask if they would be able to change the battery in my vehicle after having to get my car jumped. I was ensured they would be able to take care of it for me; however, when I arrived I was told they would be unable to assist due to a plastic covering that is in every vehicle of my make and model. Now my car is dead in their parking lot and they are not only unwilling to assist me in any form (as free battery charging is mentioned on their website, among other options available in this situation), but they have also been rude and extremely unprofessional.
