Just a heads up, if you don't own a Jeep or a Toyota this location does not want your business. I called this morning looking for help.The person who answered the phone balked at the idea of working on my Nissan Xterra. When I questioned him about it, he backtracked and said he could be convinced to help me, but would rather I had a Jeep or a Toyota. I expected better. At the least I expected a business to want a new customer and to make a sale. Instead I was turned away and basically mocked for not having a Jeep.

Jesse & the team at 4wp are awesome! I recently bought a Tundra (my 1st truck) & and was a total noob when it came to suspension mods, lifts, airbags, tires, etc etc. Jesse & his team have been super patient with me throughout the entire process of turning my truck from stock into my dream off-road earth roamer! I have brought my truck back to them for multiple mods & improvements & they have yet to disappoint. And while out west recently I ran into an issue & Jesse contacted the manager of a local 4wp in Idaho, and they totally took care of me & got me back out on the trail ASAP! One of the major benefits of 4wp is that they are nationwide and this really is a plus for someone like me who's big into overlanding around the country. Ty Jesse, your team & 4wp for making my dream vehicle a reality!! You guys rock! 🤙🐶🚶🛻

UPDATE: Jesse from 4wp tampa has personally gotten involved to help me fix this issue. New bumper, all is good now and i am happy with the situation. Would shop there again now knowing how good customer service can be. Thanks again Jesse. i purchased a smittybilt stryker bumper from 4wp. after opening the box and laying out the parts, i got the winch mounting plate on as it was the first step. my winch didn't fit. my other winch didn't fit. i find googling it that a lot of people had the same issue. i contacted my store, receipt in hand, they supposedly call smittybilt and will get back to me. a week later, i call them. no results but they want pics for smittybilt to see. after driving 45 min to take pics with the store employees, they say they'll call back. a week after that i call again and now they say smittybilt told them to tell me to put washers in between there. THATS ALL YOU'VE GOT?! WASHERS?! terrible customer service from a company regarding products they sell. its not their fault i understand, but as a business owner i know its my responsibility to warranty products i sell. smittybilt made a bumper that didn't work, they sold it to me, now its somehow my problem. i will tell all my friends and jeep groups what happened here and BEWARE!
