Very disappointed at the lack of respect amongst coworkers. Every business should promote a professional and welcoming environment but when you see a worker embarrassing one of their peers, you wouldn’t feel comfortable returning or approaching said person for fear of the same treatment. Advance, you are my go to automotive shop but I might have to take business elsewhere because of this absurdity. Please train the young woman Lenny how to speak to people in the presence of others. If she has an issue with someone, these should be resolved behind closed doors away from the public. But this girl sounded like she was doing it intentionally so that others could hear. The young man Aaron handled the embarrassment very well but I was mortified for him. He’s the only reason I was generous to give you 2 stars otherwise I would have given you 1. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES OR REPLACE THEM before you lose customers. Thank you.
