UPDATE! SPARE ME THE GENERIC RESPONSE THAT'S AN INSULT, SEEING THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN RECEIVING 1 STARS FOR YEARS! STOP IT I SAY 🤬 NEXT STOP CORPORATE! I went in for a battery. The guy behind the counter seemed a little clueless. Once he located the battery for my car make and model he couldn't find it on the shelf directly infront of his face. To add insult to injury the guy who was to install the battery was lazy and kept asking whether or not it was raining because if it was the "diva" wasn't going out, but then stated he couldn't install the battery because the computer stated it would take 30 minutes and they could only install basically windshield wipers cause they took 5 minutes. SORRY! No one seem to want to work these days. I went to Pep Boys up the street got stellar leadership and service in less than 30 minutes. As a matter of fact I pulled up 20 minutes before closing and was in and out before they closed up.
