Thank you for asking.  I'm so very unhappy with the visit. We arrived at 4am my dog had been throwing up for almost a week and was whining in pain, when I got there they checked his vitals, there was no one else in the office. No one took any information from me but witnessed the ones that came in behind me getting questioned on what I thought was important information, especially for the fact that my dog is on 2 medications for siezures.  And there I sat for 3 hours, tried to make a cup of coffee because i never went to bed but the receptionist said there was no cream or stirrers, it wasn't until the next shift came in (hours later)that the very nice gentleman got me some. When i finally met with the doctor she was very nice and chit chatted quite a bit, however I mentioned that the dog could have swallowed something. She claimed they check, felt the dog up and down even the behind in case something was stuck,  she said they felt nothing and the glands were clear and left me feeling that maybe the dog was ok. Well that was a $200.00 temperature check in my opinion and grossly over charged, not to mention the neglect of the dogs health. I brought my Dog to another vet, he immediately grabbed the dogs stomach and the dog threw up, he then checked his behind and expressed the glands which were apparently full. He then said we NEED to do an X-ray. He found something in his stomach and performed surgery to remove an acorn the dog had swallowed. Needless to say my poor baby is still in the hospital and I'm hoping to pick him up by the end of the week. I'm so disappointed, discouraged and concerned for not only my dogs neglagence, but the neglagence of other fur babies. I would appreciate your feedback and attention to this matter.  I truly love all animals and think they deserve better treatment. Sincerely, Carol

Usually vet places take forever and you sit in the waiting room longer than you even see the doctor for. RB Hillsborough was able to get me with the doctor I needed to see in a super timely manner, and the information I received about the process for my dog was amazing. They were extremely thorough and showed that they cared about my dog and the problem he was having. The whole staff was amazing!
