Urotuning has had some of the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with, great prices, great communication, and great shipping times, they’ve even accommodated pricing of a product due to issues I was having with my bank. Me being in florida I’ll probably continue to purchase NEW products from them just out of convenience. I purchased a used air ride kit for $3000, it apparently came off of the CEO’s (or someone of importance within the company) b8 Audi s5? Before purchasing I spoke with one of the sales people to confirm everything was in perfect working condition and that there were NO defects other than cosmetics from being a used kit. Everything is taken to a trusted shop to have installed only to find out that the air compressors were shot (the Accuair cvt tank is known for failing, i didn’t know that before buying), a rear bag was blown, both rear shocks are blown, both front bags are seized to each strut, and missing hardware. Urotuning simply wouldn’t do anything about it because it was sold “as is”. No, either they don’t test their used products before sale, or I was scammed.

having a serious fitment issue with a part i ordered, called and asked if i could just return the part, they referred me to the manufacturer who confirmed the part was sent out without all the correct pieces. as of right now i have not received the corrected part and have been told i’m not allowed to return it. spent $1000 on an awe track exhaust for my car. tried to leave a review under that product but i couldn’t find the link. really unhappy about the time and money i’ve wasted and their unwillingness to be helpful.

Armin was the rep I delt with by phone was vary educated and took his time with me and helped me threw the entire process of finding the parts numbers and sending me diagrams to locate etc 5 stars buddy you need a promotion when the review time comes! You rock!
