They need to step their customer service game up. I walked in last week and enquired about a temporary pass. I'm visiting from abroad and just wanted to go to the gym for a week. Apparently this isn't possible because you need an American bank routing number or so I was told. In Europe we use IBAN. The young kid (Dylon?) who attended me was aloof and borderline rude. I don't expect a young American kid to know the difference between a routing number and IBAN, but I do expect general kind service, not staring off into the distance and literally walking around directionless while I ask a few questions. The other guy working with him (tall black kid) was cool.

Keep one of your workers at the front desk at ALL TIMES!!! Tired of walking up there to tan and no one is there and waiting 20 mins for them to come back. Secondly there eyes should be on it at all times. Anyone can walk in here and workout for free. Idk if I owned the place I would wan5 to make sure that didn't happen

Stopped by to compare it to other PF clubs, it is by far the nicest, cleanest and bigger than the others. I may start coming here on days I have extra time.

Workout environment is friendly. Staff always speaks and acknowledges you coming and going. I did not like the signup process but the Manager called me and made that process worth my trouble. I really like this gym home.
