Why is this dealerships service Department so bad every time my car goes in there they have it for 3 to 6 m9nths and comes out with more problems you can never get anyone on the phone to find out what is going on and employee turnaround is about 5 m

They actually bad. I never had good experience with them.

Always better off with a mom and pop mechanics when you have basic American cars. Jeep Chrysler Buick Ford Dodge Chevy Saturn, even Honda and Toyota. Hyundai.

They stink don't ever buy car here they can't service it 3 days for oil change

Chrysler sucks with parts. I work for a private shop. They cause me so much stress. Had a Promaster come into my shop for Springs and Struts. Waiting 2 weeks. Had a customer wait 3 months for a wiper switch once.
