After going to 3 other dealerships closer to me I landed on Island (pun intended) for my Jeep purchase. Sean was absolutely amazing at helping me navigate the entire buying process via text! While the other dealers took days to respond to my multiple questions Sean responded quickly. He sent me photos when the car came in, worked up different numbers for me and was so helpful from start to finish. When I actually picked up the vehicle it was surprisingly smooth and painless. I had my husband toddler and newborn with me so I was hoping for a quick pick up. We signed all docs, (again I asked a million finance questions and had multiple numbers ran) and went through the vehicle, switched in car seats and I was out in an hour. Definitely recommend this dealership!

I went here to lease a new vehicle. Sean, the manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very nice and answered any questions I had. My family leased two cars with him in the past and everything worked out great. Would definitely recommend going here if you’re looking to lease or purchase a vehicle.

I had a similar issue my first visit, but then I called Alicia Alonso in sales and she sat us with Doug Arnold in sales. He was a pleasure to deal with and we worked out a deal in the end. "Doug sells Jeeps" Check him out Good luck
My car has been there 6 days that can’t do a oil change & rotation of the tires my air suspension is not working and they can find out what is wrong
Tthe Dodge keep dealer is terrible locksmiths can do the job better

Nope. Did not help - even checked with a different dealership for consistency. Just like Island, they've said oil change would take about an hour and a half if you wait. Made an appointment for the morning and went to Island (just closer), and they've spent in total almost 2.5 hours before I had to force it be finished. The fact that I exited the covered waiting area and came over to Service desk at the expected completion time meant not a whole lot. The last 45 minutes the car was already on the ground, hood closed, no one doing anything with it - I've watched it go on through the glass the whole time pacing by. Until I asked the mechanic be called to the Service Desk, and he came over chewing breakfast. That was quite generous with my time. It being before my work, I was late.
on my 2018 Jeep it lasts about 2 days and then goes back to normal it's happened twice so far
The Chrysler Service Department is closed on Sunday. The Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram sales department is open on Sundays
