They recently changed the rules to allow bike riding in the park. It used to be prohibited but not anymore. It is still a big jogging and running park with frequent races,be careful because they will knock you out of their way.
There is no sign saying that you could ride the bike. I guess is no.

No, bike riding is not allowed in all of Clove Lakes Park! The lower part of the park, Brooks Pond does not allow bike riding. (Not that anyone obeys it)
Yes there is a multi-use path. There is a dirt trail but at the moment it is under construction and has been closed in certain areas.
Yes you can ride bike and it's a beautiful place to do it....
