Great park to walk or relax in. It's seriously a massive park with lots of trails to choose from and also has great spots for picnics and just spending time with family. There's also a carousel and a lot of vendors selling italian ice and frozen treats around the park. I imagine that the trees would look beautiful in the fall or after a it snows in the winter too. Forest Park is like the Central Park of Queens. Would definitely recommend coming here. It's close to public transportation too.

A nice park with forest like feel without any of the risks, as they have a tons of trails and it is always close to the road (max half a mile). Allocate at least 1 hour for it as the closest subway station and bus stop can be over 30-40 minutes away at various parts of the forest. There were a few spooky things due to people not respecting the forest which makes you feel sad but also wonder why that and why there.

Clean, well maintained but the washroom was close so I had to leave..

Visited the Bark Park. Lots of room to run around in. Plenty of room to play fetch with a ball. Separate sections for big dogs and small dogs. The dog park is all dirt so it gets muddy. Ruby loved her visit, but had to be cleaned after her visit. She loved running in the mud puddles.

You may have to request that through Google to get in touch with NYC Parks...
Yes you can. There's a bike trail. You may be able to find it online
Not sure,I do see people riding bikes, Google bike groups in Queens,N.Y....perhaps you'll find one.
Literally near the bandshell in the park.
Some mallard and woodlen ducks. Sometimes a swan. Always many turtles
No, not at all. You can enter using any of the entrance point with no cost. I have used street parking as well next to the park.
People have died in Forest Park before, but Forest Park is one of the safest parks in nyc (according to reported crime data).
There is one overpass that I know of on the park trail that has an abandoned train tracks underneath.
I haven't seen anyone fly a drone there but if it complies with (I believe) FAA regulations I don't see why not since it's a public park.
Technically, you may be issued a civil summons but these cases are very rare - https://www.nycgovparks.org/rules/section-1-07 . Years ago in Brooklyn someone asked me about police issuing them a summons. In Central Park I heard of people being to leave because the park was closed. No guarantees but highly unlikely.
I don't see why not just be aware of the low tree limbs
I would check with Park Services about official rules, but you should be fine. As far as I'm aware they follow the same general rules as kites and that sort of thing.
No not unless you are near the concert area. Forest Park entrance on Metropolitan Ave is a park horse trails hiking trails paved road for peds only etc. By the golf course area is a dog run tennis courts and concert area the concert area has a small dome the baseball and football fields have a bathroom that's it
Yes there is they ,were online at one time ,try searching for it online

Yes
Don't be afraid to go out alone just be weary about your surroundings and if you still feel unsafe take somebody with you or jog around many other joggers
