Yes, my wife and I got a lot of intelligent responses on the 3rd floor during our 8 hour hunt. Also if you do get to do a tour, ask which one Brad is doing. He is absolutely the best.

They say it is. I know people who have experienced strange things but nothing never happened when I visited.
I definitely suggest the overnight ghost hunt. What we experienced can not be explained.
