Of course. It's a former asylum where lots of bad things happened. They have multiple ghost tours throughout the year.
Its supposed to be. But ive been there twice and havent seen/heard anything.
If you think it is, it is. I've been on two tours, as well and didn't see anything. But I don't believe in ghosts, so there's that.
