Do you need to bring linens when you're staying in eagle trace?

No but bring towels for the water park and pool

I stayed at Woodstone and all linens were supplied

All linens are supplied but as others stated if you plan on going to the water park bring towels

All linens supplied, larger towels bring or buy at Walmart
