Is it normal to hear people upstairs walking almost all the time? We've been hearing people in the room on top of us walking across the room (really loud) every 10-15 mins since the night before, and getting worst since last night.

No that's not normal but more indicative of the people above you.

We heard a little but not too bad.

Yeah heard couple times especially early mornings and during the day. But other than that it wasn't bad typically you want to go out during the day so wasn't much bother lol

Yes, paper thin walls there. Better just get used to it unfortunately.
