We love Massanutten but were very disappointed when we had to pay a recreation fee we didn't want or use when we were there recently. Also we weren't told ahead of time. Can we get a refund?

Just adding my two cents worth - we have owned at Massanutten for many years and currently own a 4 bedroom (2 bedrooms) at Regal Vista. Furious that owners need to pay a resort fee since we are still paying a maintenance fee. They should only charge non-owners. Just my opinion

I doubt it seriously, but yup I went through the same thing recently and didn't use the recreation at all! It's absolutely ridiculous and just not fair! I wish we could get some type of justice on this matter.

Yes, they now tack on a fee at check in. So stupid because we pay for everything extra now, so why this?

Are you guys owners with a gold card? There shouldn't be a fee but I will check it out because I just brought a timeshare there.

Yes, we got a notice about that. I think it was an email. The gym used to be a perk.... now it is a liability. I think you are out of luck on that one....
