Why is so hard to talk with someone in best buy?i need to find out if my tv have the warranty yet...i lost the receive and i know they must have my name in there system...so i just want to find out before i go there driving 30 min carrying the tv too

All the answers above are correct.You can also have them look up the credit card you used too.

If you purchased the Best Buy warranty you give them the email or phone# they can look it up.

Make sure you have the number & email you registered with at the time of purchase and you should be fine.

Is is more than 1year and you didn't buy geeks warranty no since manufacturing only gave you 1 year
