Accurate Inspections was phenomenal! They were quick and accommodating to schedule my appointment last minute. I met Michael at the home, and as a first time home buyer I had 100s of questions. He patiently walked me through all aspects of the home and truly went above and beyond. The report is soo detailed and has already saved me upward of $20k from 'unforeseen' issues. Accurate Inspections is totally worth it, highly suggested. They also provide a list of other inspectors contacts so you are not navigating this process alone (sewer, soil, chimney, etc)

Michael is by far the most knowledgeable and detail-oriented inspector I have ever come across. It’s rare to find an inspector that is experienced, passionate for his work while providing the most comprehensive inspections you will ever get. His team provides outstanding customer service and pleasant to speak with. He was extremely patient taking his time answering all the questions I had during the inspections. He is prompt to respond, pleasant to be around- yet professional, upfront and honest, extremely knowledgeable, communicates clearly, and gets the report back quicker than any inspector I’ve ever worked with. His service was worth every penny, and I would highly recommend Accurate Inspections to anyone! Thanks Big Mike!

I want to thank Mike for the high quality service he provides. Trust me when I say that the end result is more than worth the price of admission. He was very professional, even offering to wear a mask if we wished him to do so. He also was very thorough and walked us through all that he found step-by-step. From big issues like water damage and rodent infestation to small details like melted stove knobs. He made sure we saw everything with our own eyes. He saved us from making a purchase that would have required major financial investment. To sum it up: He knows what he is doing and he is worth every penny.

As a first time home owner, I’m glad to have met Michael and have him as my inspector. He was there at the house before I arrived and took it upon himself to start without me. When I arrived he caught me up to speed. He was very thorough, very detailed and broke down all vocabulary so that i am able to understand, as I am new to all of this. He was patient and extremely helpful. He was very informative and answered all questions I had. If you are looking for someone who doesn’t miss a thing and is great at what he does, Michael is your guy.

Client service has been our priority since 1993. Our goal is not only 100% client satisfaction but also for 100% of our clients to refer us to additional clients and real estate attorneys. While we are sure you will be satisfied with our work, if you are not, no problem. The cost of your home inspection will be on us. Our 7 days a week home inspection service is focused solely on providing you with the correct information about the physical state of your potential home.
Our attention is devoted entirely to educating our clients about the home they are in the process of purchasing. Our clients come to us primarily as referrals from past clients and from attorneys who know the value of our work. We have no loyalty to any REALTORS®, nor do we count on them to send us business. In that regard, we are in the minority. In fact, Michael is one of the few inspectors in New Jersey who has signed a “No Conflict of Interest Pledge.” Too many inspectors rely primarily on real estate agents to send them clients, and this is most assuredly a conflict of interest. Some inspectors are so afraid of “killing a sale” and losing future referrals that they gloss over problems that could seriously damage the home buyer. We have no such fear and, in fact, would rather prevent a sale than let a home buyer become physically or financially harmed. Our commitment is to you. The lack of affiliation with any real estate company means you can trust our report to be accurate and
Michael represents you and your best interests above all others Use your imagination to determine why we we are not on real estate agents “prefered” list. We work for our clients 100% of the time. Michael’s detailed inspections have helped buyers negotiate better home prices, assisted them with getting needed repairs completed by sellers prior to closing, and even prevented the purchase of homes that would have been detrimental to their financial or physical well-being. Michael will work for you, not for real estate agents or homeowners. Accurate Inspections, Inc., guarantees you will receive an unbiased and Accurate report every time.

“Your home inspection will be performed with the same degree of thoroughness, integrity, attention to detail and care as if I were buying the home for myself.” Michael Del Greco Don’t just take our word for it. Experience. I was the 20th inspector licensed by the State of New Jersey. There are now well over a thousand inspectors licensed. The higher the license number the newer the inspector. Like it or not inspectors, like other professions learn from their mistakes. Choosing an inspector with a low license number stacks the experience deck in your favor.
Sometimes I find them looking at the photos in the listing online, other times as soon as I pull up to the home, however, to get the full answer I have to actually spend a few hours inspecting the entire home.
When I call a business during normal business hours I hang up and call another. I use businesses that respect my time and think everyone should do the same.
Your real estate purchase contract gives YOU the sole and exclusive right to hire a licensed home inspector of YOUR choosing. Most of us like to think that everyone associated with the purchase of YOUR home wants YOU to be treated fairly; unfortunately, I find that not to be the case. Smart home buyers pick me after realizing it is to their advantage to obtain the most thorough home inspector they can find. Often, they do so to avoid paying for problems and repairs after they buy the home. I have spent 25 years learning all I can learn about homes so I can better explain them to my clients in a frank and unbiased manner.
Our Quality Home Inspections aren’t expensive. They’re priceless. Home inspection fees truly do vary. However, there are standards in terms of what we as home inspectors consider when creating fee structures. The primary considerations are education, training, and experience. At Accurate Inspections, Inc., we are proud to offer you an inspector who has not only taught inspectors but has also been in the home inspection field for more than 25 years. What this also means for you is that our inspector not only knows what to inspect while on the property, but he also knows what you expect from him. After working with more than 10,000 home-buyers, we know the information you wish to receive, and our goal is to provide the information you seek before you have to ask! We are also proud to offer full telephone support to our clients 7 days a week, and encourage you to call with any questions.
I insist you do! A few questions may have slipped your mind during the inspection or even after you reviewed the report. I am committed to your understanding of the report’s contents, and this includes answering follow-up questions even after the inspection and report are completed. Our professional staff members at Accurate Inspections, Inc. are available to assist you 7 days a week, so please don’t hesitate to give us a call. Calls requiring the attention of the home inspector are returned promptly, usually within 4 business hours – 7 days a week
I insist on it. I'll take the extra time to show you exactly what is wrong, why it is wrong, and what to do about it. Your personally seeing the problem is vital in order to be able to tell the other side your inspector is not crazy, he showed the problem to you.
The answer to this question will depend on the size of the home and other factors. However, you can expect an average, single-family home inspection to last approximately 2-3 hours. When contacting us, please feel free to tell us about your new home to allow us to email you a written quote.
Prices among home inspectors will vary, depending on the value clients place on the service rendered. While the chosen inspector should have a price within your budget, focusing on the price alone may, unfortunately, translate to cut corners. An inspector with a very low cost will likely lead to a poor home inspection and inadequate reporting. Our prices are very competitive, and when you reach out to us for a custom quote, be sure to ask what the cost covers!
As with any profession, it is incredibly important for home inspectors to be in the know when it comes to the latest home inspection requirements. Times change and to ensure you receive the best service, your inspector should be willing to learn about those changes. Michael Del Greco is not only an educator, but he also participates in continuing education programs by exceeding more than 20 education hours per year. This includes staying current with licensure requirements for home inspections as well as maintaining his certification as a Radon Measurement Technician and Commercial Pesticide Applicator. Michael also regularly attends meetings hosted by The New Jersey Home Inspection Advisory Committee, New Jersey’s licensing and disciplinary body for home inspectors. So, with those things in mind, you are definitely in good hands with Accurate Inspections, Inc.!
I have been a full-time home inspector since 1993. I taught the NJ Home Inspector Licensing program at Morris County School of Technolgy. Teaching home inspectors really taught me how to teach potential home buyers about their new home.
