Curbside pick up is not working at this location, waited 20 minutes after checking in on the best buy app but nobody ever came out. Just canceled my order. What's the point of offering Curbside pickup if you don't have employees to do it ?

It’s unfortunate that I have to leave such a poor review for Best Buy but it reflects the frustrating experience my family and myself had to deal with. My mom purchased a $900 camera security system from Best Buy of which she was assured that a technician would come with the cameras and have them installed. The scheduled appointment for the technician came and went with no one showing up last Tuesday morning. We had our appointment set up between 7am to 1pm. After calling the number (which does not connect you to the actual store but to a outside customer service call center) I rescheduled the appointment for Wednesday morning . Unfortunately I was told our appointment was not in the system. Wednesday morning there was a no call and no show for the appointment. And again I had to call to make a re scheduled appointment. I was told again our appointment was not in their system and had to reschedule. So we reschedule for a 3rd time for Thursday. Again Thursday morning no call and no show. At this point we go to the actual store to have this resolved. The manager, assured us that a technician would come Friday morning and gives us the purchased security camera system as that was supposed to have been given when my mom made the initial purchase. The manager did offer us a discount for 4 solar panels which my mom purchased to go along with the security camera system. And again Friday comes and there is a no call, no show. Saturday morning we go back to the store to find out “surprisingly “the appointment was never inputted into the system. Although we did provide them with a paper receipt that was given to us to show the details or the appointment date and time. And it seems the solar panels may not be the correct item for the security camera system. 😑😑😑😑 To say this has been a frustrating experience is a huge understatement. The back and forth, the lack of communication, whatever 3rd party technician company they work with, all of it has been a major disappointment. Although the store staff have been apologetic, it still doesn’t make up for the next overall annoying experience we had to deal with. As simple as a camera installation should not be this complicated. Horrible experience all around.

We got a camera and was told that we can return it if it's not what we want. And if we got the extended warranty, they will have no problem taking it back even if it was open box. Well they lied to us! They wanted to charge restocking fee of something I just got 2 days ago!!!! Never again 😒

Purchased a 65” Samsung tv from bb.com. Did not open the box until about month and half as purchased a new home & seller took some time to move out. When connected the tv , realised a line on the screen. Took it back to a local store , they could not assist me at all as I did not purchase protection plan, return period passed. They also stated does not cover with manufacture warranty as they think it’s a cracked(from a picture), they did not even look at the tv. Learned my lesson , never again from Best Buy.

They have a really good costumer service but that is very true think I called them more than ones and they made me wait for 20mn to hang out the phone that sucks
I don't, but while I was there many people were picking up the system and controllers, so I guess they have plenty in stock
