They have a really good costumer service but that is very true think I called them more than ones and they made me wait for 20mn to hang out the phone that sucks
Agree with Justin's answer and will add that the area the store is in has recently been hit hard by the last two rain storms. The lots and roads flood out all the time and cause havoc. Both the Kohl's store in the front and Best Buy sit near a small brook that rises very fast and does a lot of flooding to both stores. The phone lines could have been affected by this.
On my visit there the only greeting and good service I got was from the cashier. Very pleasant associate. I knew what I wanted but had to search for a sales person to get an answer. I go to the Woodland store because it is convenient.
They do this most likely because they have an overwhelming call volume due to computer parts being restocked( Graphic Cards). These Graphic Cards have had a shortage for quite some time so everyone is trying to get a hold of them, And this best buy gets restocked frequently I believe. 🙃
