And also remember it is a license center so be sure you are going to the correct DMV. Also the people you see that have a online appointment is dew to them being there before doing the line and all to get the drivers permit, they have to come back to take the test at a scheduled date that can be a month away.
You don't. There is no easy way to get on the line online. You have to physically be there, on the line and once you finally get a number, you'd have to wait for a txt msg (yeah, they need your cellphone number for this). Sometimes they wouldn't msg you at all. There's miscommunication indoors. The best thing to do is to stick being in the line near the people who got a number. Preferably by the door.
